A former Columbia A&R Consultant, industry veteran Guy Route has worked with artists from Kanye West’s Good Music label, rapper Consequence to Raphael Saadiq. Upon leaving Sony he started W.A.R. Media with hip hop legend Pharoahe Monch where he handles management for Pharoahe, Da Dreak, and Mickey Factz.

Pablo has worked for the Oscars, Grammys, Superbowl halftime show, American Music Awards, MTV VMAs, Billboard Music Awards, American Idol, The Voice and BET Awards. He has also produced and engineered for legendary acts such as Celine Dion, Cher, Justin Timberlake, Seal, Britney Spears, and more.

Meghan’s work and diligence to help grow the global jazz scene community through annual concert productions in partnership with worldwide festivals, presenters and organizations and universities has become known and respected globally.
